Harvey Industries’revolutionary GYRO AIR® technology converts dust-laden airflow into high-speed gyroscopic movement using a unique aerodynamic cavity struc- ture. The immense centrifugal force generated by the gyroscopic movement separates the turmoil of the dust-laden airflow into two smooth consistent streams: the Outer Dust Stream and the Inner Air Stream. The outer dust stream contains 99.7% of the dust volume, and the inner air stream contains less than 0.3% of the dust volume. The dust-laden stream is guided into a dust bin, while the dust free stream is guided into HEPA filters for final filtration. The extraordinary 99.7% separation efficiency prevents most of the dust from entering the filters, therefore the filters will work at a high performance level for longer periods without clog- ging, generating incredibly clean emissions.
